Jean DiGiovanna founded ThinkPeople? in 1998. Jean is a powerful coach, speaker, facilitator and trainer and has a?unique?gift for?shifting?people's perspective enabling teams and individuals to achieve beyond what they thought was possible. Jean has over 20 years of facilitation, consulting and coaching experience and brings considerable expertise to her role.
As an Executive Coach, Team Specialist and Facilitator, Jean helps?Executives and their?teams achieve professional excellence with lasting change. She?coaches Executives and their Teams to achieve their highest potential enabling them to transform challenges into immediate bottom line results. Jean facilitates sessions with Executive & Management teams in the areas of Strategic Planning, direction and team effectiveness. With project teams, she conducts team interventions and team norming sessions to increase alignment and efficiency. After working with Jean, leaders and their teams experience renewed trust, more open communication and increased effectiveness.

As a Certified Personal Coach, Jean helps individuals and groups?pinpoint their deepest?desires and?accomplish what matters?most.? She facilitates life, career?and business strategy workshops?and empowers?individuals to have?the life?and career they've imagined.
Prior to founding ThinkPeople?, Jean was one of the founding partners at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP, Now Novell)for 9 years. In her last position as the Business Operations Manager for the Nordic Region of Europe, she collaborated with operations, sales, and human resources integrating employees into the culture, improving quality of sales and delivery and increasing team leadership and international communication. Prior to her work in Europe, Jean initiated a directive on change management at CTP worldwide to address cultural change and rapid integration of employees. She contributed to the company?s growth from 90 to over 4000 employees in nine years and from one location to over 30 worldwide.
Throughout her career at CTP, Jean facilitated sessions with cross-functional teams to resolve inter-departmental challenges and facilitated off-site sessions with the Executive & Management Teams gaining consensus on new business development strategies and strategic direction. She worked with over 60 project teams gaining consensus on goals, team norms and resolving team conflict. With a B.S. in Computer Science and her early years as an IT Consultant, Jean brings a unique understanding and experience of IT that enables her to work with clients to bridge the gap between technology and business.
Jean has worked with corporate clients in the high-tech, finance, airline, health-care, manufacturing, insurance, retail and oil industries. Her work with Executive teams and project teams has increased communication and effectiveness, minimized conflict and barriers and allowed teams to focus on their task at hand. Her work with acquisitions and cultural integration has impacted organization?s direction, thinking and practices.
Her commitment to balance is extremely important and is reflective in her own life. Outside of work, Jean enjoys the arts, travel and the outdoors. She is an abstract artist and jewelry designer and an avid latin dancer.

Jean is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (C.P.C.C) and received her training in 2000 through The Coaches Training Institute at www.thecoaches.com. She completed the advanced courses and credential course and continues to assist in on-going training courses at CTI to help mentor novice coaches.
In January of 2005, Jean was accepted into the National Speakers Association (www.nsaspeaker.org), the leading organization for those who speak professionally.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation International
Coach Federation (ICF), an organization providing growth, development
and community for Personal and Professional Coaches worldwide and has served as the co-chair on the Membership Committee of the International Coaches Federation of New England www.icfne.org assisting new coaches and new members navigate through ICF and through the coaching field itself.
Jean served as the President of the Boston Women?s Network (BWN) from 2003 - 2006 at www.bostonwomensnetwork.org, a professional networking organization of women business professionals and entrepreneurs and has remained on the Board as the VP of Programming.
